Creating a Static Document Item

Upload a valid PDF to a KnowledgeKube model, where it can be used as a Static Document Item. When accessed by an end user, this document will appear exactly as it did when it was uploaded.

Implementation:

  1. Switch to the Definition tab.
  2. Click to open the Manage Documents interface.
  3. Click to open the Add Document Item wizard.

Alternatively, click Add at the bottom of the Manage Documents dialog to open the wizard.

  1. Select the PDF Document radio button.
  2. Click Next.
  3. Click the browse button (marked with an ellipsis).
  4. Locate and double-click the PDF you want to upload.
  5. (Optional) Change the default Keyword to whatever you need it to be.
  6. Click Save.
