Creating a Static Document Item
Upload a valid PDF to a KnowledgeKube model, where it can be used as a Static Document Item. When accessed by an end user, this document will appear exactly as it did when it was uploaded.
Implementation:
- Switch to the Definition tab.
- Click to open the Manage Documents interface.
- Click to open the Add Document Item wizard.
Alternatively, click Add at the bottom of the Manage Documents dialog to open the wizard.
- Select the PDF Document radio button.
- Click Next.
- Click the browse button (marked with an ellipsis).
- Locate and double-click the PDF you want to upload.
- (Optional) Change the default Keyword to whatever you need it to be.
- Click Save.
