A KnowledgeKube application can generate and send e-mails based on pre-configured E-mail Templates using the SendHTMLEmail function. Each template is written in HTML, although they can be configured to deliver e-mails in either HTML or plain text format.
To view a list of email templates on your site you'll need to switch to the Content Delivery tab in your application, and click the E-mail Templates tile.

Use the Filter field to help you locate a specific e-mail template. Type a full of partial string into the field and press Return. Any item whose name does not include your text will be hidden. Remove the active filter by deleting the contents of the filter field, and pressing Return once more.
