Implementing a Place Holder

Use a Place Holder to display or Nest the contents of one form inside another.

Implementation:

1. Switch to the Definition tab.
2. Select the intended question group.
3. Create a new question, change its type to Place Holder.
4. Return to the Definition tab.
5. Select the new question.
6. Add a new attribute with the type Child Form Place Holder.
7. Switch to the new attribute's Value panel.
8. Enter the keyword of the form you want to nest.
9. Click OK.
