Using Markup Bookmarks
A Bookmark is a type of productivity aid applied to individual lines within CDS markup or expression editor. It lets you move quickly between the active bookmarks in a set of markup, without having to search for the desired line each time you need it.
Bookmarks can be identified by the icon in CDS or the
symbol in the expression editor, which appear to the left of the affected line.
Implementation:
- Open the intended editor.
- Place your cursor on the line you want the bookmark to appear.
- Click
to add the bookmark on the selected line.
- (Optional) Click
to move the cursor to the previous bookmark.
- (Optional) Click
to move the cursor to the next bookmark.
- (CDS/Optional) Click
to remove all bookmarks from the current markup.
- (Expression Editor/Optional) Right-click in the editor, select Bookmarks and click Clear Bookmarks to remove all bookmarks from the current markup.
- (For Deletions Only) Click Yes to confirm the deletions of all the bookmarks in your markup.
