Retrieves the URL of the page visited prior to the current one, relative to the site root.
If the URL's query string includes the refresh property, this will be omitted.
If the active page is the first one visited in the current session, the function will return an empty string.

GetLastPageURL( );
Output
The function will return the URL of the previously visited page - for example: /home/splash.
