Deleting a Workgroup

Permanently remove a workgroup from the current repository.

Deleting a workgroup is a permanent action, and will remove all relationships the deleted group was previously a part of. Any users attached to the deleted group will remain, although they will need to be added to a new workgroup before they can be used again, if that group was the only one they were assigned to.

Implementation:

  1. Select the Security Menu.
  2. Click Workgroups to open the KnowledgeKube Workgroups dialog.
  3. Select the intended workgroup.
  4. Click .

Alternatively, click Remove.

  1. When prompted, click Yes to permanently delete the workgroup.
