Choosing a Default Location for Document Images
Each time you upload a .doc or .docx file to be used as a dynamic KnowledgeKube document, any images it contains will be extracted and individually saved to a default location. You can change this default location as needed.
Changing the default directory is useful if you collaborate with other KnowledgeKube administrators and need to save document images in a globally accessible network location (UNC).
Implementation:
- Switch to the Your Models tab.
- Select and click More Options to open the KnowledgeKube Options dialog.
- Switch to the Documents panel.
- Click Browse under the Image Destination heading to open the file browser.
- Locate and select the intended folder.
- Click OK.
The folder's path will appear in the text field.
- Click Close to save the changes.
