Creating a Publishing Group
Create a group for published models, add available models to that group, then determine which users can access the specified group.
Implementation:
- Click to open the Enterprise Server dialog.
- Switch to the Publishing Groups panel.
- Click New to open the New Enterprise Server Group window.
- Using the Enterprise Group panel, enter a Group Name and Description. These fields are used for reference, so ensure the values you provide are meaningful.
- Switch to the Models panel.
- Select the Available Models tab to view any models that have not yet been added to the current group.
- Select the model you want to add and click Add to Published Group.
- (Optional) Add as many available models as you want to the group.
- Select the Models in this Group tab to view the models you have just added.
- (Optional) To remove models in the group, select the intended model and click Remove From Published Group.
- (Optional) Switch to the Users panel to manage the Enterprise Users in the group.
- When you have finished configuring the group, click OK to save it.
