You can permanently delete responses that are no longer required.
You will not be asked to confirm the deletion of a response.
Implementation:
- Switch to the Definition tab.
- Expand the question whose response list contains an item you want to remove.
- Right-click the response you want to delete.
Alternatively click the Delete key on your keyboard to remove the intended response.
- Select Delete.
