Fixed Responses
When you create certain types of questions, you must provide them with at least two potential Responses before they can be of any use to the end user. The following question types are included in this category:
- Multiple Choice
- Multiple Filtered Choice
- Radio Button Group
Each of these question types can be assigned as many responses as are needed. Other question types, such as Yes/No and Check Box, have responses assigned to them automatically; there is no need to modify the responses to these questions.
When adding potential responses to a question, bear in mind the end user can only choose one. Poorly-worded or ambiguous responses can lead to frustration for the end user.
