Suspending an Active Insight

Permanently suspend a currently active insight. Once an insight has been suspended, it can no longer be used and you'll need to create a new one to use the tool.

Implementation:

  1. (From within CDS) Click to access the Content Delivery tab.
  2. (From within CDS) Open the Insights panel in the Site Map Inspector.
  3. (From within CDS) Click New Insight.
  4. (From within a model) Click situated at the top of the main KnowledgeKube interface to open the Manage Insights dialog.
  5. Select an active insight from the list.
  6. Click Suspend Insight.
