Creating a Blank Model

Create a new model, used to represent a whole or partial application.

Implementation:

1. Switch to the Your Models tab.
2. Click the New Model button at the bottom of the tab. This will open KnowledgeKube Model Properties.
3. Provide a suitable KnowledgeKube Model Name. This must be unique for the current repository.
4. Press the tab key to generate a unique model reference based on the name you provided. Optionally change this reference to something else unique.
5. Use the Effective Date and Expiry Date fields to state the date and time you want your model to be active and cease activity, respectively.
6. (Optional) To limit access to the model, tick the Private Model check box.
7. (Optional) You can pin your model as a favourite for quick access in the future.
8. (Optional) Switch to the Culture Information panel, and use the options to change the model's Default Language, Date, Time and Number Format, as well as Time Zone.
9. (Optional) Switch to the About Your Model panel, and enter a description in the Model Information field.
10. Click OK.
