Permanently delete a Data Designer table from your repository. This action can not be undone, and you will not be able to recover any lost data.
Creating a relationship between tables will prevent a table from being deleted. You'll be notified during the deletion process which tables are affected. You'll be able to copy its details to the clipboard for your own reference.
Implementation:
- Click the
icon in the Activity Bar. - Select the intended table within the Definitions tab.
- Right-click the table and select Delete Table from the context menu.
- When asked to confirm that you understand this is a permanent deletion, click OK.
- You'll be asked to confirm the deletion one more time, at which point you should once again click OK to permanently remove the table, including all columns and data it contains.
